Jules van Ratingen

Jules van Ratingen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as a Programmamanager at NieuweStroom since December 2024, Jules previously worked as the Manager of the expertise centrum at AZL from January 2023 to October 2024. An interim sabbatical was taken between October 2022 and January 2023. Prior to these roles, Jules held various managerial positions at VodafoneZiggo from January 2017 to October 2022, including Manager of operations, and spent 18 years at Vodafone from 1998 to December 2016, gaining experience as Manager of operations for customer service, Manager of workforce management, Business Manager at Customer Management, and Controller. Jules holds a Doctorandus degree from Maastricht University, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
