Tito Castro

Tito Castro has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Tito began their career with Docomo Pacific in 2015, where they held various roles of increasing responsibility. As the Director of Enterprise Sales & Operations, Tito was responsible for the overall performance of the Enterprise Business Unit, overseeing multiple teams and functions. Tito demonstrated strong leadership skills, driving consistent annual growth for the Business Unit. Prior to this role, Tito served as the Enterprise Sales Operations Manager, where they developed and led a high-performing operations team focused on delivering efficient customer service. Tito introduced operational efficiencies and advocated for digital process transformation. Tito also worked as a Customer Base Analyst and started their career at Docomo Pacific as an intern.
