Ida Drobnjakovic

Ida Drobnjakovic has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ida started their most recent role as a People Operations Generalist at Doconomy in 2023, where they are responsible for various HR tasks such as internal communication, HR project management, employee engagement, and personnel administration. Prior to that, they held the same role at Dreams Technology in 2022 and Dreams in 2021.

Ida also has experience as a Co-Founder and Muse at HIGHTS since 2016. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at hitta.se from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they held roles at Müncherbryggeriet Event & Konferens, where they worked as a Financial Assistant from February 2019 to June 2019, and as a Head Waitress and People Manager from October 2017 to June 2019.

Earlier in their career, Ida worked as a People Operations Manager at Out of Office After Work - #OOOAW from June 2015 to January 2017. Ida also held various positions at Stureplansgruppen AB, including Head Waitress and People Manager from May 2011 to December 2015, as well as People Operations Manager from May 2013 to October 2015. Ida's earliest work experience includes working as a Store Manager at Fornari Spa, overseeing both a flagship store at Stureplan and an outlet in Barkarby from October 2008 to July 2010.
