Lluís Mateo Espuela

Lluís Mateo Espuela currently serves as the Global Head of Sales Excellence at Docplanner, having previously held the position of Digital Sales Director at CaixaBank. Lluís’ extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Rappi, where responsibilities encompassed Director of Strategy & Planning for Retail Business, Global Head Partner Success, and Global Head CPGs Operations, among others. Prior to Rappi, Lluís worked at Volotea as Director of Corporate Strategy & PMO, and at McKinsey & Company, where progressions from Business Analyst to Engagement Manager were achieved, engaging in multiple sectors including telecom, banking, and education. Lluís began professional development as a Business Development Manager at idealista and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, alongside Master's and Bachelor's degrees from IQS Barcelona, and a summer program at The London School of Economics.
