Rodolfo Kaelin Fiorderize

Rodolfo Kaelin Fiorderize serves as the HR Director and Global Head of People Experience at DocPlanner, a position held since October 2017, where responsibilities include addressing HR challenges, leadership and people development, talent management, and succession planning across the organization. Previously, Rodolfo was the Head of People Experience for Brazil, Chile, and Peru, overseeing the management and development of over 500 employees. Prior experience includes a Senior HRBP Manager role at Foresea, emphasizing strategic business partnership and organizational development, as well as earlier positions at Henkel, Groupe Crédit Agricole, Wells Fargo Advisors, and PUC Consultoria Jr. Rodolfo holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from FGV and is pursuing advanced degrees in Business Administration and Corporate Law.
