Silke Oltrogge

Silke Oltrogge currently serves as Geschäftsführer and COO at doctari, a position held since November 2017, focused on enhancing healthcare systems through technology and human capital. Prior to this, Silke worked at Randstad from 2003 to October 2017 in various roles including District Manager, where responsibilities encompassed economic and strategic oversight for the district and management of 90 employees, as well as overseeing new client acquisition and large client accounts nationwide. Earlier experience includes roles as Prozessmanager, Niederlassungsleiter at Randstad, and Abteilungsleiter at Manpower, along with a tenure as Assistent der Geschäftsleitung at both Touristinformation Göttingen and European Castle Hotels & Restaurants. Silke Oltrogge holds a Master of Arts degree in Geographie and VWL from RWTH Aachen University, obtained between 1993 and 1999.
