Joana Meyer

Joana Meyer currently serves as the Head of Customer Engagement at DOCTOLIB, where responsibilities include building a community of over 100,000 healthcare professionals, delivering customer journeys, and shaping an ambassador program while enhancing partnerships within the healthcare industry. Previously, Joana held titles such as Chief of Staff, where efforts were focused on scaling operations in Germany, and Taskforce Lead for COVID-19 vaccination initiatives. Prior consulting experiences include working at the Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant specializing in commercial strategy, and at Simon-Kucher & Partners as a Manager in the TMT practice. Joana's educational background includes a Master of Science in Managerial Economics from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, complemented by studies at the National University of Singapore.
