Julia Zschoch

Julia Zschoch currently serves as a Senior Lead HR Business Partner at Doctolib, an e-health leader in Europe, since February 2024. Previously, Julia held the position of Team Lead HR Business Partner at Doctolib as a parental leave replacement. Prior to joining Doctolib, Julia was the Head of Human Resources at SuitePad GmbH from November 2015 to January 2024, where the company established itself as a market leader in in-room tablets for hotels. Julia also worked as an HR Manager at ICS adminservice GmbH and Dr. Dobler - Optimierung, as well as serving as a Recruitment and Training Specialist. Julia Zschoch holds a Master of Arts from Leipzig University, focusing on Studies in Abilities and Development of Competences, and a First State Examination in English Studies, Philosophy, and Educational Science from the same institution.
