Svenja Willimsohn

Svenja Willimsohn serves as the Team Managerin of Customer Retention at Doctolib since March 2021, having previously held the position of Team Lead in the same area. Responsibilities include optimizing processes for customer recovery strategies in Germany, leading a team of up to eight, conducting coaching sessions on health-related topics, facilitating personal development discussions, and managing recruitment interviews. Prior to Doctolib, Svenja Willimsohn worked at Kieser Training AG, where responsibilities included overseeing medical strengthening therapy, ensuring quality assurance, training staff, and engaging in sales activities. Svenja Willimsohn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fitness Economics and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Health Management and Digital Health from Fachhochschule des BFI Wien.
