Alyssa Gomez has a diverse work experience in customer service and sales. Alyssa began their career in 2011 at Macy's as a Sales Specialist and was promoted to Sales Lead and then Sales Supervisor. In 2018, they moved to Rodan + Fields as a Customer Care Coordinator and was promoted after eight months to Relationship Support Specialist. In 2019, they joined JNR Incorporated as a Contact Center Supervisor and is currently employed at Doctor Genius as both a Team Lead and Customer Support Specialist.
