Kim Stephenson

Kim Stephenson has worked for two companies in their career. Kim was a Cashier at Jo-Ann Stores, LLC. from 2011 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Doctor Genius, where they have held a number of roles. Kim was a Senior Support Specialist and Implementation Manager, where they managed a cross-department team of 8-12 associates, reworked the General Support Team, and transcribed verbal training to create formal standard operating procedure guidelines. Kim then became an Implementation Manager, where they trained and managed a team of 4 associates in Doctor Genius best practices in Implementation and Onboarding processes. Kim then became an Implementation Team Lead, where they trained and managed a team of 3 associates in Doctor Genius' best practices in Implementation and Onboarding processes. Finally, they were an Implementation Specialist, where they performed Onboarding Calls with new base level clients, aided with third-party tools and communicated on behalf of the client if necessary, facilitated conference calls with clients and their previous marketing companies, identified customer needs, provided ongoing communication with clients to assure total satisfaction, communicated effectively with team members and management to maintain clearly defined goals, and contributed to the team as a good and supportive teammate.

Kim Stephenson attended American River College from 2009 to 2012, where they studied Fashion Design and Marketing.
