Shawn Stiffler has over 13 years of experience in the fitness and technology industries. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Sales Manager at Golds Gym. In this role, they managed a sales staff of 5 sales representatives and was responsible for managing daily traffic in the club, generating new leads, and developing marketing strategies. In 2011, they joined Equinox as a Sr. Membership Representative, where they were responsible for membership sales and re-penetrating corporate accounts. In 2015, they joined Doctor Genius as Director of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for driving the overall business strategy, managing resources, and delivering on OKRs. Shawn also managed Customer Support, Customer Success, Production, and the Content team.
