Lauren Neroutsos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Associate at Glazed & Amazed, where they assisted customers, operated the cash register, and managed the store independently. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Camp Counselor at the YMCA of the USA, supervising and guiding children in various activities and providing emotional support. In 2017, they worked as an Education Intern at Fiddlehead Forest School, assisting in teaching outdoor preschool and facilitating students' learning about the environment. In the same year, they also served as a Customer Service Representative at the University of Washington Waterfront Activities Center, ensuring customer safety and processing payments. In 2018, they were a Research Intern at Puget Soundkeeper Alliance, collecting water samples and writing a published literacy report on microplastics. Lauren also worked as a Community Relations Intern at ASUW, where they served as a liaison for various campus communities and organized an event on tenants' rights. In 2019, they were a Reservation Staff member at San Juan Outfitters, managing bookings and communicating information to customers. In 2020, they interned as a Sustainable Materials Management Intern at the US Environmental Protection Agency and currently holds two roles as a Community Manager and Environmental Sustainability Officer at Doctor Rogers RESTORE®.
Lauren Neroutsos obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Washington between 2016 and 2020. During this period, they pursued a double major in Communication and Environmental Studies.
