David E. Jusczak

David E. Jusczak, CMCA®, AMS®, serves as the General Community Association Manager for RealManage Family of Brands since June 2019, overseeing a large-scale homeowner association with over 2,000 properties and managing an annual operating budget of nearly $5 million. Previously, David was a Colorado Licensed Community Association Manager at Hammersmith® from November 2017 to June 2019, where responsibilities included developing non-profit policies and managing financials for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. David's experience also includes a role as District Operations Manager at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc., managing operations and sales for multiple mobile home communities, and a significant tenure at Enterprise Holdings, where David held a senior position overseeing property development and operations across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, with a Writing Concentration, from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration & Management from Northern Essex Community College.
