Dr. Randy Manuel Galutan

Dr. Randy Manuel Galutan has been a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association since 2021. Dr. Randy Manuel was President of the Philippine Society of Veterinary Surgeons in 2020, and a member of the Philippine Veterinary Medical Association since 2019. In 2020, they became a member of the Asian Society of Veterinary Dermatology, and a member of the Association of Veterinary Anaesthetists since 2019. In 2018, they co-founded the PAR (San Mateo) Veterinary Center & Supply, and became a member of the East European Society of Veterinary Ophthalmology in 2019. From 2009 to 2019, they were the Head Of Department and Head Staff (ARVRC Singapore) at Pet Space Group. Dr. Randy Manuel has been a Veterinary Surgeon at San Mateo Veterinary Center since 2019, and a Life Member of the Philippine Association for Laboratory Animal Science since 2017.

Dr. Randy Manuel Galutan obtained their Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Isabela State University between 2001 and 2008. In 2016, they completed the Leadership & Social Entrepreneurship (LSE 38) program at Ateneo de Manila University. Dr. Randy Manuel is currently pursuing a Master in Business Administration - MBA from AMA University, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
