Erica Williams

Erica Williams is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Prospect Research Specialist for Foundations at Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières - USA since September 2023. Prior roles at Human Rights Watch included Senior Grants Associate and various positions in the Foundations department, demonstrating a strong background in grant management and fundraising. Erica has also contributed to diversity and inclusion initiatives as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Intern at Authentic Culture & Engagement Solutions, Inc. Educationally, Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Cognitive Neuroscience from Washington University in St. Louis, where notable involvement included serving as the Merle Kling Honors Fellowship Program Assistant and conducting original research as part of the honors program.
