Garda Ramadhito serves as a Data Scientist in the People Analytics Unit at Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières - USA since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Data Analyst Fellow at Dollaride, where interactive dashboards were developed, and performance data was tracked using SQL and R. As a Teaching Assistant at Columbia University, Garda prepared discussions on machine learning and graded assignments for graduate students. Additionally, as a Research Assistant, data ETL procedures were implemented for social media analysis. Previous internships with KPMG, the American Enterprise Institute, and the Foundation for Defense of Democracies involved data wrangling, forecasting, and spatial analysis. Garda holds a Master of Arts in Quantitative Methods/Applied Statistics from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International and Global Studies from Middlebury College.
