Thomas Chataing has worked in various roles since 2014. In 2021, they began working as an Account Executive and Business Developer for Doctrine. In 2019, they took a voyage to Southeast Asia. In 2018, they held the role of Sales Development Representative for Airship, where they managed a portfolio of 300 clients and prospected for new needs to open new markets. In 2017, they worked as a Business Developer for LES NOUVEAUX HÉRITIERS, where they prospected and detected training needs, engineered training, and developed commercial proposals. Finally, in 2014, they worked as a Commercial Apprentice at MCD Promotion, where they prospected CEOs, General Directors, Lawyers, Notaries, and Architects in order to find new clients and partners for events and to foster loyalty.

Thomas Chataing has obtained a variety of educational qualifications. Thomas began their studies in 2012 with a Mise à niveau en arts appliqués from Sup de Pub - Groupe INSEEC. The following year, they earned a Brevet de technicien supérieur (BTS) in Design Gaphique from the same institution. In 2014, they earned a Brevet de technicien supérieur (BTS) in Négociation & Relation Client from ETS Ecole européenne. Thomas then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business & Management from PPA Business School in 2016. In 2017, they completed their Master's degree in Business & Management (with a Tourism & Hospitality Management option) from PPA Business School. Additionally, they obtained a TOEIC certification from the TOEIC® Program in July 2018.
