Kaitlyn Sheehan

Kaitlyn Sheehan is the Director of Operations at Document Agility, Inc., where they oversee various aspects of operations and finance. Previously, they held roles including Customer Service Manager, Operations and Finance Manager, and Customer Operations Specialist at the same company from 2019 to 2023. Before that, Kaitlyn worked as a Design Assistant and Event Coordinator at The Highland Gardener from 2015 to 2016 and served in roles such as Campaign Manager at Mammoth Marketing and Guest Service Agent at Courtyard by Marriott. Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University in 2015.
