William Birdsong

William Birdsong has held various positions in the healthcare industry since 2005. William began as an Installation Coordinator for a security systems company from 2005 to 2006. From 2007 to 2010, they worked for WellPoint as a National Account Hotline Representative (Team Lead) and a Customer Service Representative I and II. In 2012, they became a Business Analyst III PC2 and a Clinical Compliance Analyst at WellPoint. From 2013 to 2014, they were an Independent Broker/Non-Captive Health, Life & Accident broker. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Analyst at Diverse Staffing. William then became Manager of Quality Programs and Services at Advocare llc from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are a Business Owner at DocuMentor.

William Birdsong attended Cathedral HS from 1997 to 2001, where they studied General Studies. William then continued their education at Ball State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology between 2001 and 2005. Finally, they earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University between 2009 and 2011.
