Sam Dorshorst

Director of Customer Success at Documo

Sam Dorshorst has a diverse work experience in the fields of customer success, sales, and account management. Starting in 2016, they worked as an Account Coordinator at Modern Worldwide, before transitioning to the role of Account Executive and later becoming an Account Manager. In 2018, they joined Bluewater Inc. as an Account Coordinator for a year. Following that, they worked as a Project Manager at Abbott from September 2019 to June 2020. Since June 2020, Sam has been working at Documo Inc., initially as an Account Executive, then moving up to become a Senior Account Manager. They later transitioned to the role of Sales Engineer before ultimately taking on the position of Director of Customer Success in July 2023.

Sam Dorshorst earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 2013 to 2016.
