Jay Pipho

Director of CS at Raken

Jay Pipho is the current Director of CS at Raken. Prior to that, they were the Client Services Manager at ReviewBuzz from January 2014 to December 2019. In this role, they managed the Client Success (account managers) department and the Client Support (tech support) department. Prior to that, Jay was an Operations Supervisor at Best Buy from January 2006 to December 2014. In this role, they supervised Phone Operators, Cashiers, Customer Service, and Back Office Lead.
