Hisham Mabrook

Hisham Mabrook is a seasoned executive currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success Strategy & Operations at Docusign since January 2025. Previously, Hisham held several vice president roles at Dell Technologies from 2017 to January 2025, leading various business operations and sales initiatives for significant revenue segments, including a ~$9B AI and NativeEdge software business and overseeing sales productivity for 30,000 sellers. Hisham's earlier experience includes positions at Dell EMC and EMC in corporate consulting, as well as consultancy roles at OC&C Strategy Consultants, where Hisham contributed to M&A due diligence efforts for major private equity firms. Hisham began a career in finance as an intern at Deutsche Bank and holds a BA in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from Harvard University.
