Jennifer Sievila Leedom is an experienced professional in the field of customer success and account management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Enterprise Customer Success Account Management at DocuSign since June 2017, Jennifer has held various roles including Director of Enterprise Renewal Management and Senior Manager positions in both Enterprise and Commercial Account Management. Prior to DocuSign, Jennifer was at QuoteWizard from August 2010 to November 2016, where roles included Director of Corporate Agent Accounts and Senior Account Manager. Jennifer also has experience from EducationDynamics as the Manager of Preferred Client Services, and earlier positions at DRIVEpm and 180solutions. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Western Washington University between 1998 and 2002.
