Michael Kaufman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success strategy, operations, and analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success Strategy, Planning, & Analytics at Docusign since June 2022, Michael previously held the position of Strategy & Operations Lead in Business Development at Google from February 2020 to March 2022. Prior roles include Strategy & Operations Manager at Amazon Web Services, focusing on global system integrator partner operations, and Business Operations Senior Analyst at Workday. Michael began a career in consulting with Accenture and Armanino LLP, progressing through positions at Deloitte Consulting and Morgan Stanley. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Davis.
