Angel Gonzalez

Angel Gonzalez currently serves as the Director of the Executive Secretariat for the DoD Inspector General, a position held since August 2021. Previously, Angel held multiple roles within the US Army, including Human Capital Strategist/Project Manager and Workforce Development Program Manager from August 2016 to August 2021, and Human Resources Director and Branch Chief/Project Manager from January 2011 to July 2015. Additionally, Angel worked as a Corporate Fellow at Strategy Consulting Team, LLC for a brief period in 2021 and held the position of Branch Manager/Commander with the United States Army Reserve from January 2008 to December 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in National Resources Strategy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy and additional degrees in Cybersecurity Leadership and Human Resources Management from National Defense University and Troy University, respectively.
