Silvia D.

Silvia D. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international organizations and governance. Currently serving as the Director of the Council and Executive Committee Secretariat and Head of Management in the Office of the Secretary-General at OECD - OCDE since April 2018, Silvia also held the position of Senior Advisor to the Secretary-General. Previous roles include Chief of the Executive Board Branch at UNFPA, Senior Advisor to President José "Pepe" Mujica of Uruguay, and various positions at UNDP and the United Nations, where Silvia advised on intergovernmental affairs and coordinated UN activities. Silvia's academic background includes two Master's degrees in Political Science from Sciences Po and International Economics and Law from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
