Peter Bell is a Service Desk Analyst at Doddle, part of Blue Yonder, since December 2021, providing advanced first-level tech support for host partners, carriers, and merchants in the Doddle Australia team. Prior to this, Peter served as an IT Service Desk Officer at the University of the Sunshine Coast from January 2015 to December 2021, where expertise in delivering high-quality customer service and troubleshooting complex IT issues was developed. Additional experience includes a secondment as an Information Technology Support Officer, providing frontline support for teaching environments, as well as various roles in customer service and support since 2006. Peter holds a Bachelor of Information and Communications Technology from the University of the Sunshine Coast, completed between 2016 and 2020.
