Joseph Baumann

Joe Baumann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in institutional research and effectiveness within higher education. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness at Dodge City Community College since April 2022, Joe has also worked as a Higher Education Consultant from July 2019 to April 2022. Previous roles include Director of Institutional Research at Antelope Valley College, Lead Consultant at Strategic Planning Online, and Dean of Institutional Effectiveness and Enrollment Management at Blinn College, among others. Joe's expertise encompasses strategic planning, accreditation, and fostering data-informed decision-making processes. Educationally, Joe holds a Master's Degree in Organization Behavior from Northwestern University and is ABD in the same field, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
