Scott Sircey

Scott Sircey has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Scott currently holds the position of Director of Quality and Operational Excellence at Dodge Industrial, Inc. Prior to that, they served as the Continuous Improvement Manager at the same company. Scott has also worked as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Integrated Power Services and as the Global Business Development Manager - Gearmotors at Dodge Industrial. Scott has extensive experience at ABB, where they served as a Plant Manager. Scott also held various positions at Baldor Electric Company, including Plant Manager, Large (AC) Focus Factory Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Earlier in their career, Scott worked at Rockwell Automation as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer.

Scott Sircey completed an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College in 1997. Scott then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Western Carolina University, which they obtained in 2001.
