Natalia Jelcova

Natalia Jelcova has extensive work experience in finance and business development. Natalia is currently the Head of Finance DACH at DODO since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Finance CZ & SK at DODO from August 2021 to April 2023, where they were responsible for end-to-end cost and resource planning, budgeting, financial modeling, and process automation. Before joining DODO, Natalia worked as a Commercial Finance Manager at Procter & Gamble from May 2019 to July 2021, where they managed trade fund management and financial planning. Natalia also has experience as an Employee Care Associate at Amazon and as a Business Development & Sales Intern at Seven Lanes. Natalia started their career as a Financial Accounting Intern at RMS in 2015. Overall, they have strong expertise in finance and business development, with a focus on budget management, forecasting, and trade fund management.

Natalia Jelcova has a strong educational background in international management. Natalia completed their CEMS Master's in International Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education and Prague University of Economics and Business from 2018 to 2020. Natalia also studied at Nova School of Business and Economics in 2018 as part of the program. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim from 2014 to 2017. Natalia also participated in an exchange semester at the University of Technology Sydney in 2016. Additionally, they completed their general college preparatory education (Allgemeine Hochschulreife) at Gymnasium Trebisovska 12 Kosice from 2006 to 2014. Natalia Jelcova has also obtained several certifications, including "Mentoring for Professionals" from Femme Palette in 2023, "IELTS- Band Score 7,0" from Cambridge English Language Assessment in January 2016, and "DSD II: Niveau C1" from Bundesverwaltungsamt in 2014.
