Head of Customer Success at doDOC

João Miguel Barbosa has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. João Miguel began their career as a Store Sales Manager at KENZO Mode, where they successfully implemented sales strategies and mentored staff to achieve sales goals. João Miguel later joined Turismo de Portugal - Welcome Center as an Onsite Manager, responsible for managing operations. Afterward, they worked at Looking for Direction as the Head of Marketing and Account Manager, where they developed marketing plans and programs and achieved financial objectives.

In 2004, Barbosa became the Co-Managing Partner at Victim-Models, contributing to the company's success until 2009. João Miguel then joined L'Oréal as a Sales Specialist, where they designed and implemented sales strategies and analyzed markets for business opportunities. At ISLA - Instituto Politécnico de Gestão e Tecnologia, they served as a Trainer in the Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Consulting & Business.

Barbosa's next role was at HouseTrip as a Senior Sales Account Manager and Team Manager. João Miguel effectively led a multicultural team and ensured the highest quality of service. João Miguel later joined Cisco, where they held multiple positions, including Business and Product Development Manager, Virtual Partner Account Manager, and Country Operations Manager. In these roles, they provided operational and sales advice, managed initiatives and performance metrics, and facilitated partnerships with resellers.

Currently, Barbosa is working at doDOC as the Head of Customer Success. In this position, they lead the Customer Success team, implements a program to encourage customer interaction with the doDOC product in the pharmaceutical and medical industries, and develops professional relationships with customers through training and services.

Throughout their career, Barbosa has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and expertise in sales and business development.

João Miguel Barbosa attended IADE from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Design. João Miguel also studied Letras - Língua Inglesa e Literaturas de Língua Inglesa at British Council Lisboa from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their education, João Miguel Barbosa has obtained several certifications including a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Cisco in April 2018, a Social Selling Certification - LinkedIn Sales Solutions from LinkedIn in August 2016, and a GVS Onboarding CISCO Sales Certification from Cisco in March 2014.
