Phil Radcliffe

Phil Radcliffe has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and companies.

Phil is currently the Head of Delivery at Dodona Analytics since April 2022.

Previously, Phil worked at CoreMedia AG from 2015 to 2022, where they held multiple roles. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the VP Delivery and Customer Success, overseeing global customer success, project delivery, consulting, and training. Phil also had P&L responsibility in this role. From 2016 to 2022, Phil was the VP Sales UK and Ireland at CoreMedia AG. Phil started their tenure at CoreMedia AG as a Key Account Manager from 2015 to 2016.

Before joining CoreMedia AG, Phil worked briefly as a Sales Director at Xoomworks Digital in 2015.

From 2013 to 2015, Phil was a Regional Sales Manager at Moxie Software, Inc, specializing in new business sales and account management in the retail, FMCG, and brands sectors in the UK.

Prior to that, Phil held a role as a Business Development Manager at eCommera from 2012 to 2013, responsible for sales of large implementation projects for various SaaS-based solutions, including an eCommerce platform.

In 2011, Phil worked at Maginus, where they held two roles. Phil started as a Senior eCommerce Sales Executive from March to August before being promoted to a Sales Manager, Agency and eCommerce. In this role, they worked with B2B and B2C clients on eCommerce implementation and digital marketing projects.

Phil's career initially began at CoreMedia in 2002, where they served as a Territory Sales Manager from 2006 to 2011. Phil also held the position of Solutions Architect from 2002 to 2006, where they focused on technical presales for enterprise-scale content management and digital rights management solutions primarily targeting telecoms and media customers.

Before joining CoreMedia, Phil worked at Engage from 1999 to 2002 as the Manager, Presales Consulting EMEA.

Earlier in their career, Phil held roles at Applix from 1995 to 1999, including Director of Channel and Product Management and Presales Consultant.

Phil began their professional journey at SDRC in 1992 as a Project Group Manager.

Phil Radcliffe attended the University of Hull from 1985 to 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering Design and Manufacture.
