Julian Breen

Julian Breen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in banking and credit enablement. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for Relationship Banking Europe at HSBC Innovation Banking since June 2023, Julian previously held a similar position at Silicon Valley Bank, where responsibilities included leading Business Management and Governance, EMEA Sales Operations & Insights, and EMEA Associate Development Program teams. Prior to that, Julian spent over 13 years at Barclays, progressing through roles such as Head of Product-Credit and Head of Credit Analysis for Financial Institutions Group, and gained a strong foundation in corporate credit through various positions from AVP to Customer Advisor. Julian holds executive education from Cranfield University.
