Tom Harris is an experienced professional in the field of product management and political intelligence, currently serving as the Head of Product for the Political Intelligence division at Dods Group Ltd since February 2012. In this role, Tom oversees the product roadmap and execution, focusing on the transition from legacy systems to an integrated platform. Key responsibilities include developing product strategies based on market insights, managing resources for timely project delivery, and ensuring stakeholder engagement during change management processes. Tom has also held various positions within Dods Group focusing on data management and research, previously working with Britain-Votes.co.uk and Survation, where expertise in research methodologies and statistical analysis was demonstrated. Tom holds a Master of Science in Social Research and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Politics from the University of Plymouth.
