Alicia Chaffee

Alicia Chaffee is an experienced strategic leader currently serving as Head of Strategy at Dôen since February 2024. Prior roles include VP of Strategy and Business Development at FRAME, where notable accomplishments included managing key brand initiatives, conducting market analyses for international expansion, and enhancing e-commerce technology. Alicia also held various positions at FRAME, such as Director of Planning and Planning Manager, excelling in Direct-to-Consumer planning and data management. Previous experience includes retail planning at rag & bone and merchandise planning at ANN INC., where Alicia achieved significant sales growth and optimized inventory strategies. Alicia holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from New York University.
