Xander Hodge

Xander Hodge, PhD, serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at DOGPOUND, overseeing brand and VIP client management as well as retail, merchandise, and event partnerships since February 2024. With a strong background in customer experience and sales, Xander was previously the General Manager at DOGPOUND, where efforts included managing operations and developing a robust membership revenue model. In addition to this, Xander has co-produced the 2023 New York Swim Week fashion show and has experience as a Membership Advisor at Equinox, ranking in the top 10% nationally for sales. Xander's early career includes roles at Life Time Inc. as the inaugural Member Concierge Manager and various positions in customer service and coaching. Xander holds a PhD in Sport Psychology from Durham University, along with a Master's in Business Management and a Bachelor's in Mathematical Science.
