Natalia San Jose, MS, MBA, serves as the Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional & Executive Development since July 2025, overseeing the Business Development and Talent Solutions and Marketing teams. Prior to this role, Natalia spent nine years at the Lake Forest Center for Leadership, initially as a Business Development Director and later as Senior Business Development Director, focusing on organizational leadership, contract negotiation, and strategic partnerships. An entrepreneur, Natalia founded HispanoLink Inc., where services included creating Spanish-language advertising campaigns for various industries. Natalia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Science in Public Service Management from DePaul University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
