Çağla Kaya

Çağla Kaya has extensive experience in the field of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing. Çağla started their career in 2012 as a Reporting Intern at CMC Turkey, where they later became a Reporting Assistant Specialist before moving on to work as an Analytical Planning Assistant Specialist at DenizBank in 2014. In the same year, they joined Turkcell Global Bilgi as a Reporting Development Specialist, where they were responsible for data analysis, solution design, and report development using Business Objects.

In 2016, Çağla joined Doğuş Müşteri Sistemleri as a Business Intelligence and Reporting Specialist. In this role, they gathered requirements, planned and developed QlikSense/QlikView dashboards, and delivered advanced reporting solutions. Çağla was later promoted to the position of Senior Business Intelligence Reporting Specialist, where they continued to excel in designing and developing reports and dashboards until 2019.

Çağla returned to Doğuş Teknoloji in 2019 as a Senior Business Intelligence and DWH Specialist. Çağla created and managed mobile dashboards on QlikSense and worked on Qlik Server and Publisher for document management and user access. Çağla also designed, developed, and implemented QlikView/QlikSense dashboards and integrated data sources with Qlik.

In 2021, Çağla joined Modanisa as a Business Intelligence Team Lead, where they provided leadership and guidance to the team in developing and implementing business intelligence solutions.

Currently, Çağla is working at Doğuş Teknoloji as a Business Intelligence & DWH Principal Specialist. Çağla'sresponsibilities include assisting clients in planning and designing infrastructure for business intelligence solutions, managing customer unification and segmentation projects, and designing and developing reports using Qlik.

Overall, Çağla Kaya's work experience demonstrates their expertise in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, particularly in the areas of report development, dashboard creation, and solution design using various tools such as QlikView, QlikSense, and Business Objects.

Çağla Kaya completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Istanbul Kultur University, which took place from 2008 to 2012. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Istanbul University and successfully completed it from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained the Vertica Sales Expert Certification - Level 100 from Vertica in March 2023.
