Ozlem Denizmen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and business development. As the Founder and President of Monay since August 2020, Ozlem leads a financial wellness company that integrates fintech and behavioral science to enhance user experience in spending, saving, and investing. Additionally, since February 2010, Ozlem has served as Founder and Chairman of Para Durumu, a multifaceted personal finance initiative focused on social impact. Ozlem holds board positions at Doğuş Otomotiv and previously at the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Financial Literacy & Inclusion Association of Turkey. With a career that includes strategic roles at Doğuş Grubu and experience in investor relations, equity sales, and financial analysis, Ozlem's educational background includes an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and advanced studies at prestigious institutions such as Harvard and Cornell University.
