Joel LaPadura has over two decades of experience in the restaurant and operations management industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Doherty Enterprises since August 2010, Joel has also held roles as Area Director and General Manager within the company. Prior to this, Joel was a Managing Partner and Multi-Unit Operator at Sbarro from May 2004 to August 2010, focusing on the Mama Sbarro restaurant concept. Joel's entrepreneurial experience includes ownership and operation of multiple units at Rocco's from February 2002 to March 2004, as well as serving as General Manager at Ariana's Pizza & Pasta cafe from August 1997 to June 2002.
