Sal La Verdi has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Shannon Rose Irish Pub under Doherty Enterprises since October 2013. Prior to this role, Sal held various managerial positions including Operations Manager at Mudville 9 and Hospitality Service and Training at Brooklyn Diner - Times Square. Additionally, Sal was a General Manager at Heartland Brewery Group, overseeing operations at Union Square and South Street Seaport, as well as serving as Hospitality Manager at Times Square.
