Clemence Cloarec

Clemence Cloarec is an accomplished food scientist with extensive experience in product development and team leadership within the confectionery industry. Currently serving as Team Leader Application for Confectionery and Cereal & Snacks at DöhlerGroup, Clemence leads a team of 14 developers and application specialists across sites in Darmstadt and Paris, focusing on innovative product development and proactive solutions in response to key trends. Prior to this role, a notable tenure at Nestlé included leadership as Research and Development Group Lead for confectionery, managing new product projects, and executing global implementations. Clemence also held various positions at Nestlé, ranging from technical support and project management to involvement in product development and factory operations in international settings. Clemence holds a degree in Food Science from AgroParisTech.
