Dr. Michael Merget

Dr. Michael Merget is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, supply chain management, and quality assurance across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at DöhlerGroup since September 2021, Dr. Merget has previously held significant leadership roles, including Corporate Vice President at Henkel, where responsibilities encompassed global operations and supply chain for Adhesive Technologies, as well as global quality management. Other key positions include Executive Vice President of Product Development and Director of Global Quality at Kiekert AG, and Director of Corporate Quality roles at both Leistritz Turbinenkomponenten Remscheid GmbH and ThyssenKrupp Turbinenkomponenten. Dr. Merget began his career with process consulting at Airbus and Mannesmann Demag / SMS Demag.
