Flavio Mauricio Ghilotti

Flavio Mauricio Ghilotti serves as the Global Head of Sourcing and an Executive Committee Member at DöhlerGroup since July 2025. Prior to this, Flavio Ghilotti held significant roles at Givaudan, including Head of Global Procurement for the Taste & Wellbeing division, and was responsible for the global raw material portfolio from October 2010 to April 2025. Flavio's earlier experience includes various leadership positions at IFF, encompassing the role of Manufacturing Director for the Americas and Operations Director in multiple regions, as well as experience at Cidec and Pirelli Tyres. Flavio Ghilotti holds an Engineer's degree in Chemistry from the University of Buenos Aires, along with an MBA with a Supply Chain orientation from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and completed an Executive MBA at the same institution.
