Katia Lapinskaya

Katia Lapinskaya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and business development within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Product Management Preparations Global at DöhlerGroup since January 2024, Katia previously held various leadership roles at AGRANA Fruit, including Head of Sales and Business Development and Head of Sales, Portfolio Development, Marketing, and Innovation for the CIS region. With a strong track record in strategic business development across multiple countries, Katia also has experience as General Manager at ZETA, where responsibilities included establishing business operations in Russia, and as Head of the Representative Office at IFF. Katia's earlier career includes significant contributions to AGRANA Fruit between 2004 and 2010, overseeing sales and marketing across 15 countries. Katia holds a Master’s Degree in English and German Linguistics from Moscow State Linguistic University.
