Rasika Manjrekar

Rasika Manjrekar is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Head of Development and Application Beverages at DöhlerGroup since July 2019, previously holding roles in technical project management. Prior experience includes positions at General Mills as a Scientist I and at VKL Seasoning Pvt Ltd as an R&D Executive, where Rasika worked on various development projects, including the creation of fruit juice balls. An educational background in Food Engineering and Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology supports Rasika's expertise, complemented by a summer research internship at General Mills and tutoring in organic chemistry.
