Tine van Heerikhuize has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2023, Tine joined the Hersenstichting as a Manager Public Relations and also worked as a Strategic Advisor at Michigan BV. Prior to that, in 2022, Tine was an Executive Board Member at Time2Tack and a Duo Commissielid Bestuur en Middelen at Gemeente Bloemendaal. Tine founded BL2 BV in 2012 and was involved in the company as its Founder. Tine was also a Co-Founder of Dojoko in 2020. In 2017, Tine worked as a Media Officer at Pensioenfonds Detailhandel, a large pension fund in the Netherlands, and was a Founding Partner at EuropeTalks. Tine was a Proud Member & Ambassador of fCN - Founders Carbon Network, an established platform for entrepreneurs, from 2016. Additionally, Tine was a Shareholder at Eduvelopment, an organization focusing on developing high-quality education, since 2019.

Tine van Heerikhuize began their education in 1982 at CSG Dingstede, where they pursued an Atheneum degree and completed it in 1989. In 1990, they enrolled at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and completed a Master's degree in Human Movement Sciences in 1996. In 1993-1994, Tine attended Leiden University to study Federal Communications. Additionally, in 1995, they attended Wageningen University & Research to pursue Health Information Education, but no degree was specified for this period.
