Danielle Hayo is currently the Head of Customer Success and Support at DOKKA, where Danielle monitors metrics and develops insights to improve efficiency. Danielle also led process improvement and problem-solving efforts for the customer success team by creating a Knowledge base platform. Prior to this role, Danielle worked as a C&D Project Manager at IKEA and as a Lead Teacher at the Yuvalim School. From 2016 to 2020, Danielle worked as a Freelance Designer, driving team success and achieving project deadlines. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the Holon Institute of Technology, along with additional certifications in Poma, Web, and UX/UI.
