Victor Ramli Kwan

Victor Ramli Kwan currently serves as the Head of Sales & Growth at DOKU, Indonesia's leading payment gateway, where responsibilities include developing growth strategies and managing a sales team focused on customer acquisition and retention since March 2016. In addition to this role, Victor holds the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development at TapHomes since July 2020, and co-founded PT. Wahana Sugih, where prior duties included managing logistics and profitability. Earlier experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at PT Wahana Sugih and as a Stock Broker at OSO Securities. Victor holds degrees from the University of San Francisco and Santa Monica College, along with education from Jakarta Intercultural School.
